Where to Eat... |
|
Breakfast |
Breakfast at the Cranberry Cafe is delightful. They offer excellent coffee; plus they have these yummy Lucky Charms at the breakfast bar. |
Lunch |
Cafe Portobello serves delicious Italian food. The restaurant itself is rather small but we were able to get a table before long. The service is good and the atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious. |
Dinner |
We headed to Bertucci's Brick Oven Pizzeria where they serve mouthwatering Italian food. |
What to Do... |
|
Morning |
That morning, our whole family attended mass at the Gate of Heaven Catholic Church. The liturgy was very engaging and the music was divine. |
Afternoon |
After lunch, we headed over to East 4th Street in South Boston to watch the Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. It was a lot of fun! The floats were very colorful and the music was very entertaining. |
Evening |
After watching the parade we went all the way to Cashunt to participate in the St. Patty's Dashunt, a 2-hour scavenger hunt that involves a $100 item photo scavenger hunt; an Irish Trivia Hunt; a lucky leprechaun Mystery Hunt; a clover coin bonus round; an Irish treasure hunt; and a video dash. We were divided into groups and had to compete with each other to complete the hunt. We all got T-shirts and a CD of our photos and videos from the game. |
